Terms of Service

  1. Label. You are solely responsible your label.

    1. You are responsible for providing artwork in a timely manner.
    2. You are responsible for providing a copy of your existing COLA.
    3. Please proof your new label carefully. Once you have reviewed your new label, we will submit it for COLA approval and printing.
  2. Wine. You are solely responsible for your wine, including for its stability before and after bottling. We assume no responsibility for the quality of the wine before or after bottling and expressly disclaim any and all liability arising in connection with the quality of the wine. Any wine determined to have a fault in the bottling process will not be bottled and will be returned to you.

    1. We do not provide filtering services unless arranged prior to bottling.
    2. We do not adjust the SO2 level of your wine unless arranged prior to bottling.
    3. If the wine is bottled under bond, you are responsible for all excise taxes.
  3. Transport. You are responsible for wine transportation. You are responsible for freight charges to and from our facility. If you elect, we will arrange to ship your wine back to you after bottling. We will provide insurance only for the replacement cost of the bottling. We will not provide insurance for the value of your wine. Any damage to the wine due to temperature or other weather related issues is solely your responsibility.

  5. Equipment. We are responsible for our equipment. We maintain our equipment in accordance to industry standards.

  7. Materials for Bottling. We provide all of the materials required for bottling including labels, glass and capsules.

  9. Payment. Unless otherwise arranged prior to bottling, payment for services must be received in full before the release of wine.
  10.  
  11. Limitation on Liability. In no event shall we be liable to you in connection with the services provided under this Agreement in excess of the amount paid for said services.
  12. Quality Assurance. We will retain two sample bottles from every lot for quality assurance purposes.
